Sephnit did of a double-take at the offer; firstly because they’re just being /given/ free stuff, and secondly because… hhhhow the heck are they going to use /this/ for anything-? Heck, they don’t even need anything that needs p– wait a second, no, they do… that one microwave… well, huh. Apparently they /did/ have something that could use electricity.

-But really, who cares about a microwave? After all, now the weather’s all nice and warm! Besides, they didn’t even know how the thing worked. .. Still… maybe they could try to take it apart and keep its parts in their stash in case they could come in more plausible need…

After a moment of decision, Sephnit decided to put on a grateful smile.

“Well, now that I think about it.. I guessss I /could/ usse ssomething like a generator… Well then, I’ll take it!”

     Something to eat? Of course Ted wanted to help out Sephnit! He hadn’t seen them in a long while, and he’d been kind of worried! Some part of him assumed maybe the snake just got tired of him. …But that couldn’t be the case, right? They were here now, and if they were hungry, he wanted to give them something. Helping was seeming to be what he did best these days, after all.

     But unfortunately, it seemed Ted could not recall having brought any food with him on this lovely day. He pat his pockets. Nope. It didn’t seem like he had even brought a snack with him either. Not that he was allowed many of those, but it was still worth a try regardless.

     The boy shook his head.  “ I’m sorry… No, I don’t think so. ”  He answered. But he was not about to let his friend go empty-handed. Or. Empty? Ted didn’t really know what term to use there. –Even still, that would be awful of him to do, since he already came up with another way to help!  

     “ I have some money with me, though! I’ll buy you something! Umm… What do you like to eat? ”  He asked, smiling.

Already, this kid seemed pretty trustworthy! Still, then again, they were pretty sure it was safe to assume just about any kid’s trustworthy. They coiled around themself before listing off their preferences, gesturing with their tail a little with each one.

A... bird? This area of Dreamland is slowly getting stranger the further Meta Knight moves into it. Whispy Woods was always a mysterious place, but he suspects he's gone beyond the reaches of the big tree. His eyes shimmer from yellow to green as he watches Crozo from behind his mask. Some animals were sentient enough to speak... But not all. So for now he shall opt to wait and see if it will speak to him first.

Goodness, this forest sure is full of weird stuff… talking snakes, lots of fog sometimes, houses with no one living in them… -and the trees are super big, too! This place seemed familiar too.. it reminded her of a forest she came across that was all withered and sick… Maybe they could be connected? Maybe she could figure out if there’s a connection!

The bird continued musing to herself as she hopped along the forest floor, picking up and inspecting whatever she found, until she noticed a rather odd looking… thing, not too far from her. It didn’t look like anything she ever saw, actually, and she’s been here for a long whi–

-Wait did the thing’s eyes just change color?! Her feathers fluffed up in interest. It seemed really shiny, too… were the shiny bits a part of it? She strode up to the thing without a hint of caution. Maybe it could talk? -That way she can try to learn more about it!
